The goal and what we did

Collect C-level contacts: emails, social profiles and other channels

  • Analysed the market and identified the target C-level executives in key industries
  • Collected emails, phone numbers and social profiles, and ran thorough validation
  • Structured the contacts into a database in a form the client could put straight to work

The same calculation on your segment takes forty minutes

Who we fit and who we do not

A fit if

  • Sales lacks a list, not hands
  • The criteria can be written down
  • You need more than emails

Not a fit if

  • You want a cheap list off the internet
  • There are no criteria yet
  • You expect 100% validity

Questions people ask before starting

Why not just buy a ready-made list?

Because it was bought before you, and those addresses have been written to dozens of times. Add the dead mailboxes: three emails into a spam trap and the domain you spent two months warming has to be replaced.

What about data protection law?

We collect work contacts only, from open sources and against specific criteria, and we work under contract. Personal data outside a work context is not touched.

How long does such a database stay usable?

Six months of solid use, then it starts to decay: people change jobs at roughly 2-3% a month. Large databases are worth re-checking once a quarter.

Can we check the quality before paying?

Yes. We build a small trial batch against your criteria, you review it and say what to adjust, and only then does the main volume start.
