Account-based marketing for enterprise sales

Meetings with the people who decide

Account-based outreach, one decision maker at a time: we find them by name, write to their personal Telegram numbers and keep the thread going for months until there is a meeting.

We outsourced cold outreach - within a month we were getting regular meetings with the right segment. The channel works consistently, we're planning to scale.

SaaS, document workflow

14 enterprise meetings from just 690 touches

A large document-management company wanted clients with revenue above 10 billion roubles and needed to test several niches at once, on a tight schedule.

The goal and what we did

Expand the client portfolio in a short time

  • Low conversion in Russia ruled out Email and LinkedIn from the start; Telegram became the main channel
  • Built a custom database: wrote parsers, focused on personal numbers, tested banking, IT and manufacturing
  • After A/B testing, real estate replied more often than the other segments, and the whole resource went there

SaaS, corporate learning

One in seven replied, twenty four made it to a meeting

A corporate SaaS platform working in Europe and Russia wanted to raise its average deal size by entering new client segments.

The goal and what we did

Test hypotheses quickly and find new niches

  • Wrote four scripts for different industries and roles: finance, IT, EdTech, pharma
  • Reach was good but conversion stayed low. Manual research across 3,000+ companies with two people became impossible
  • Brought in prompt engineering: AI collected facts about the company and the decision maker and wrote an icebreaker for each one

Who we fit and who we do not

A fit if

  • Contracts in the millions
  • Three or more people sign off
  • You can wait a quarter for the money

Not a fit if

  • You need touch volume
  • No industry expertise in house
  • You expect email and LinkedIn to work in Russia

Questions people ask before starting

Is fourteen meetings a lot or a little?

It depends on the contract. At a multi-million average deal size, fourteen meetings with people who genuinely decide pay for a year of work. Measuring enterprise by touch volume misses the point.

Will you write to our own clients?

No. The exclusion list is agreed before we start: current clients, partners, anyone else. Nothing on it enters the database.

How do you write on our behalf?

In your name and with your sign-off. Tone, wording and forbidden phrases are fixed at the start, and you see every script before launch.

We have been burned by an agency before

That is why you get access to the conversations from day one and can exit on two weeks notice with no penalties. If it is not working you will see it in the numbers within a month, not within six.

Who runs the project?

The monthly fee buys a team, not one person on the phone.
